Description
4-axis CNC measuring machine, additional CNC axis and laser sensor for measuring the outer contour and for generating 3D point clouds. Non-contact complete measurement of precision tools, micro tools, grinding wheels, rotationally symmetrical parts and flat parts. Micro tools with diameters from 0.1 mm can be measured with high precision. Certified accuracy E1 = (1.8 + L/300) μm and repeatability ≤ 1.5 μm.
