Description
4-axis CNC measuring machine, additional CNC axis and laser sensor for measuring the outer contour and for generating 3D point clouds. Contactless full measurement of precision tools, microtools, grinding wheels, rotationally symmetric parts and flat parts. Microtools with diameter from 0.1 mm can be measured with high precision. Certified accuracy E1 = (1.8 + L/300) μm and repeatability ≤ 1.5 μm.
